I already told you.You have mounted the timing chain gear incorrectly ,it needs to be mounted with the teeth facing towards the clutch cover.
Other then that:
Set the piston to Top dead center and align the camshaft like a V facing down.
........with the V facing UP and then so you can see you have it right, when the chain is mounted roll over the engine one turn so the lobes face down.
