I recently had to replace an intake valve and possibly took more parts off the bike than I needed to in an effort to make my life easier. Just got it reassembled and much to my surprise (Haha) I didn't have any parts left over except for these 2 spacers. 2+ months had passed since when I first took off the head and today when I put everything back together. I went through the service manual AND parts diagrams online and couldn't find the damn thing. I could very well be from another bike that just got mixed in with the Berg parts.* But my compulsive nature has this bothering me.* Everything seemed to have gone*back together fine,*the bike didn't explode when I started it up, and I didn't see any obvious (to me) spots where it would go?* Throwing in a pic of the bike for reference!
