Hello to everyone!
I want to ask you what is the best gearing for road use. Husaberg has full akra, DNA filter and jetting. Looks like 6th gear is not pulling hard with 16/40.

that is an overdrive. on that gearing you'd slog it in 5th and cruise on that in 6th. Trouble is, first is a bastard. 16x42 would give you a nice roll on.

I´m playing with gears on mine. Standard filter but full Akra.
It had 15/40 when I bought it but the first gears is very short.
Switched to 16/40 and I liked it on smaller roads except it didn´t run smoth in 80 on 6th gear. Very good overdrive around 110km/h.
Switched to 16/38 so the 5th will work better in 80. Much better gearing for bigger road. 6th work down to 90km/h but is great from 100. It pulls good to 183km/h but feels a bit slower overall.
Then I tried 15/38. Which works better than 16/40 in our 80km/h roads on 6th gear. Small difference but noticeable. Pulling great to 190km/h.

Thank you! Mine stock was 16/38, I install Akra full system and now I’m on 16/42 and looks like it’s running better on 6th gear. I see 180+km/h
What jetting are you using?
