worrying

ive managed to get the ignition wiring saughted out cheers joeusa but when i came to start the bike it took quite a bit of time to fire and once it did there was a worrying noise,i dont no if this was top end, gearbox or clutch. once the bike started it sounded ok, has anyone had this...
