I've been told my piston is at the end of its life. However it looks barely worn. There are no big gouges and the crown looks good too. I'm wondering how it can be worn when the original machining lines can still be clearly seen? Surely if it was worn there would be marks. This is the piston...

I recently replaced the countershaft sprocket and noticed there is quite a bit of wear on the spline where the sprocket sits. After taking it for a ride I can now move the sprocket back and forward around 1mm......Is this a know issue for this bike?
