took the FE500 out for its maiden voyge today. WOW, never tried one before, bouhgt it "blind" just from reading test, boy the tests ( and Heimir Lopi) are telling the truth. this is a increadible machine. I think i am going to have fun on this bike, a big step from my 1999 FE 400

This past weekend/race was the first time with the new 46 tooth rear sprocket....... (14T front already) Wow.......At the start line its second gear for sure !!! for starts I have had to change my riding style quite abit, as too much throttle in third wheelies quite easily.... second is crazy...
