whistling

My engine has ever whistled a bit. Two months ago i regenerated my engine with a brand new crackshaft, piston, main gear etc etc. When i took it back from the mechanic it whistled a bit more. while the berg was on without pulling the throttle up the exhaust sound was as loud as the engine...
