Got a small crack to repair on outside of the head, water jacket area. There's nothing special about the head material? Mig? Tig? Many thanks:unsure:

Its hairline but all the way through....get a new one or weld this one back shut? Its on a road used fe600

just wondered if anyone has had cause to weld the big end pin of a standard crank? i've had a crankshaft twist and this seems the obvious solution. i trust anyone who has is talkinbg "sixfiddy" (patent stolen from bobzilla!). regards Taffy

Wondering if it even needs to be welded or if i can leave it go I thought maybe it could be left. Any ideas by the gurus on here that would know for sure if i can or cant would be greatly appreciated... :)

The oil weep hole (red arrow) on the clutch cover never quits weeping oil and making a mess on the side of my bike. If I ride an hour, it will leak for the entire hour. Two hours, it will leak for two entire hours. And so forth. I have put 1000ml of oil, but the bike has been sitting open for...

the USA has a product for everything so i was thinking aloud whether any of you can recommend a product that could be used to fill a little recess in in the inlet port i have. a kind of alloy weld type stuff. i used to use araldite years ago but chemical progress is never ending...
