weeping

09 450. I have noticed slight weeping at the right hand case bolt in the picture. The bolt seems to be torqued to spec. Can I use a thread sealer or anything to address this? Can the bolt be removed while in frame? Thanks

I have a 2010 FE570 with just over 30 hrs on it. I've owned it for about 5 of those hrs. Today I noticed a few drops of water escaping from under the water pump, hard to see but I'm assuming there's a weep hole there. I heard rumor this is common?! Just for the sake of noting progress, I installed a new water pump seal over 20 hrs ago, with a new bearing/seal o-ring set-up. The new part# seal seams to work better than ever! I also red loctited the bearing outer race to the cover. At 111 hrs on the '06, it shifts and runs better than new...
