I'm running the Trail tech HID head light with two 35 watt bulbs. I want to stick a trail tech 35 watt flood beam on my helmet and power it trough my motorcycle. Question is what is my FE570 pumping out?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the max Wattage globe you can use on the 570?. I'm looking at single element globe , something like a H4 in a glass enclosed surround.

The manual indicates the 05 fe550 has a 150W generator. Does anyone know if that is the rating for the AC output from the generator or the DC output from the regulator. I suspect the 150W rating is the AC generator output. If this is true, anyone know the wattage rating of the regulator...
