warped

I suspect that this head has warped, it's one I cooked last year when i lost all my coolant. To test it I covered the mating surfaces with engineering blue and scraped it off with a straight edge, not that accurate I know but did the trick. I found low points directly above the exhaust ports...

I was wondering if it was possible to bore out a warped liner. would it cause it to warp easier because the wall thickness would'nt be the same. I'm just trying to figure out if my old liner would be a good candidate for a big bore kit. It is warped by 0.211mm on the top and 0.533mm on the bottom.

There are two on ebay right now, does a 99 fc501 fit a 94 fe600? It looks like these are aluminum? (Mine is plastic...) Thanks
