Hi, Came back from a trail ride and noticed the upper roller that is sandwiched between the frame and battery basket is missing. No worries, check the manual .... can't find the part on the pages for either battery basket or frame parts. The drawing doesn't show it. There's a part...

Any direction as to how to change this. Manual says to use special tool? I have done lower helm a few times and have the motion pro tool for this but I can't seem to find any direction for the upper. Thanks in advance

According to these guys: http://transmoto.com.au/transmoto-exclu ... erg-fe450/ there was a problem with the upper engine mount on the '09 FE450 that was fixed in '10. Any idea what it was or what the fix was?

Just a question, does any debris gather on the inside (my guess is yes) or outside of that screen? I just did my first oil change and had a look, no debris on either side, so I just put her back in. (Just a minor amount of flakage on the lower screen too.) Thanks.

has anyone ever tried to fit a newer steel type of upper cam sprocket to a camshaft in a 1996 FC bike.they both are 30 tooth.is this project possible?dan

Can a KTM PDS upper fit on a Husaberg lower shock? Yes, with some minor modifications. I went this route to try the larger reservior. It's much better. This upper body is from a 2004 KTM. You can go to my web site to see more Husaberg.US under Suspension>KTM PDS
