too much compression

Hey all Back again, cant get the big *****(2002 fe 650) to start other than towing behind car and dumping clutch in 3rd or 4th gear. Electric start turns over motor until u let decomp go then it just stops. All decomp gadgets on and look right . No way to kick motor over unless you hold...
