This is a duel sport bike and I do ride on the road quite a bit. Knobby tires wear out too fast. Is there a tire made for both off road and pavement? Something in between knobby and a road tire.
Back tire is 140/80-18 70m
Front tire is 90/90-21 54m
And what does the 70m and 54m...

Looking to put a set of sticky's on my fe450. Not sure what sizes to run, any help would be appreciated. Running stock excel rims: Front tire: 90/90-21, rear tire: 140/80-18.
I've tried many different tires/combos, but always come back to Pirelli MT 16 rear and Bridgestone M59 front. They both wear well and do what they're suppose to - hook up! The areas I ride differ, but generally rocky, technical woods to some open areas. Just curious as to what others may be using.

Hiya,
I was commuting on my DR-Z last winter. Got a pair of Trelleborg Army Special a.k.a. Mitas XT-644 tyres studded with car studs. Worked REALLY well. Turns out I really like these tires in general for what I'm doing - lots of pavement riding and then highly variable offroad conditions.

I've been reading a lot of very positive reviews on the Heidenau K60 Scout tires on other sites. Just wondering if any members have tried these out. Would the 150/70B18 fit a stock '11 FE570, or should I go with the 140/18-18 size for the rear?
I was going to go with the K60 Scout 90/90-21 up...

Just a thought for anyone considering a rear trials tire.I dual sport my 390 and LOVE this bike.I tried a DOT Kenda rear knobby and destroyed it within 100 miles of strictly off road trails/hill climbs.I have been reading about the popularity of the trials tire making a comeback but was very...
Hey Guys,
I want to put some street tires on my berg and I dont want to spend much money on them. I have looked at rims and I dont think it will be worth the money to get some 17" I am thinking I want to just use the regular 140/80-18 and 90/90-21 configuration. I will switch out my tires when...
