throwing

Hello all, I have an 07' 450e with almost 2000k's on it, I have just changed the oil and filter and have started having trouble with the starter.( I measured exactly 1 litre of new oil going in and also measured almost spot on 1 litre of old oil removed) It throws out and turns the engine...
