while carrying out a very long steep down hill section I came across two downed bikes and thinking outside the square like a Husaberg rider I decided to veer off and make...
but trying to reinstall it on my bike, I cant get it to spark more than once in a session. I have the stator plugged in to the cdi, the cdi grounded to the case, and am holding the spark plug threads against the head. No regular sparking. Any ideas?

I need someone in the UK who is out riding every weekend to test out a choke cable for me if they can?
all you need is a pre-2004, a dell orto carb that's been refreshed, in good nik and the leccy boot.
I have a choke cable i need setting just right on a bike so it fires first time...
I recently commissioned someone known for flowing and testing heads to have a look at mine.
I sent in three heads.
head 1 was a bog standard 35/30 head as fitted to all bikes 2004-2008
head 2 was a bog stock 37/30 head as fitted to all 470/501/550/650s from 2001-2004.
head 3 was a ported...
Went to my dealer today yo test the 2006 range of bikes.
Unfortunately they didn't have any FE's left so I had to settle for a spanking new FS650e instead.
Didn't feel all comfortable without my leathers. But i could feel that the tank seemed a little bit narrower, the brakes had a bit more...
The new Husabergs are being lauched with Dave Clarke Racing at Trax this week. This is the world press lauch, the changes include new exhaust system and new swinging arm, hopefully get to ride them Friday i`ll post you with the full spec.
