Needs to be electric start, love my 390 fe but want to have a second berg in the garage. Prefer less than 100 hours and somewhere in the midwest if possible
Just seeing if anyone on here has ever owned one? Thinking of selling or trading my husaberg fe 450 to upgrade and somebody offered me a 06 husquvarna Wr 250 for my 2004 fe 450. Do you think the trade would be worth it or do you think I would be disappointed? I like going fast and like the...
Have searched but can't find anything.
My starter motor only seems to work when it wants to. 2011 250. Any ideas or mods that can be done, or are they just useless? Thanks.
if anyone has a 2001-2004 82mm crank from their 644 they want to sell then please let me know OK?
can't do much with smashed woodruff key slots or wonky spindles but worn big ends or spindles are perfect!
thanks
Taffy

Hello,
my 2000 Husaberg FE 400 should have stroke 60mm as it's said in manual but it has 70-72mm! Bore size is 92mm as should be.
And what about FE 501? Bore size is 95mm and stroke should be as manual said 70mm. Where is the stroke difference? As engine case should be the same and cylinder...
I've got a 2005 650, but it might be manufactured in 2004.
I know I could measure the stroke, but a bit difficult to measure 2mm difference when it's all in bits.
The crank pin is 35mm.
What have I got??
I almost got a little carried away with out an intro...So this is my first post, been a proud owner of a flashy 11' fe570 big boy for not quite a year now! I've done all the updates and have basically taken a perfectly good 570 S and am 98% done with turning it into a Hare Scramble Machine! I'm...
i'm think about getting a 300 two stroke, my only real concern is the lack of engine braking. on many occasions i put the four stroke in 1st gear to allow east descent of a very steep hill, without having to use the brakes to avoid locking the wheels. gearing is 13/50. its something that i...
Has anyone with the TE250 or TE300 encountered any issues with water crossings? The air intake looks mighty low and not very well protected....
I've ordered a 250 and am slightly concerned by this - my FE550 plows through rivers!
Right now i have a 2002 fe400e in the shop getting the bugs worked out for this season.
I find myself spending entirely to much time looking at newer bikes while i can't ride.
ever since i saw the video of the husaberg two stroke (although i live in the US) the idea peaked my interest...
Whilst cruising the classifieds on 'trade me' looking for an older Berg project I stumbled across an add for a Yamaburg (or should that be Husaha). Turns out some yobo out west has popped a YZ490 motor into a 501(?) chassis.
As a whole it looks quite tidy. Will try an catch up with the owner...
The purpose of this post is to get some comment happening/ experience ( mechanical expertise or just observation….your experience), generally, on the amount of trouble free hours that everyone is experiencing with the hussy 4 stroke motor  .
There is heaps of good information on the...
I have a 2004 KDX 220R it has low hours and it's been running fantastic. I have been riding fairly hard lately and working long hours and so I parked the bike for a few days until I could catch up with the oil changes and chain cleaning ect.
So today did the maintenance, I use AvGas thats left...
Brother in law brought home a used but late model yz 250 for my nephew from a dealer. I notices it had a tar like substance dripping from somewhere on the swing-arm and out the tailpipe. I asked him if it was normal and he said the shop he bought it from (Hillsbourogh Oregon)
Had gone...
In case you missed this, the 65SX KTM has a trick two stroke version of the husaberg motor. Maybe a sign of things to come.
