Does anyone know if a 2009 FE 570 is emissions legal in California? I'm not sure if there's a difference between on/off road vehicles out there. For conversations sake let's say it's bone stock.

I am seeing some spotty info around the web on this topic. The most reliable info I can find is that some models after 2011 were FOR SURE 50 state street legal? I live in North Carolina where the laws seem to be getting stricter by the day. I would hate to buy one and not be able to ride...

I picked up a 2010 FE450 and I don't think it has been mapped. put a resistor on the plug and can't tell a difference. I called the local KTM dealer, and they were like Husa-what? Any luck out there? anyone with a programmer? Thanks Chris Arlington, WA
