Husaberg 390 loosing mineral oil into engine after it sits for a week or more, I'm sure it will get worse in time.
Does anyone have a part number for the seal on the oem slave cylinder ?
or a recommended fix besides replacing the complete slave cylinder?

and I came across a clutch slave Guard. I own a 2011 fe570 My clutch slave guard has 3 holes not 2 holes... I am confuse:confused: on which berg this fits?

Last week I found myself without any clutch. It seems that the master cylinder was leaking, so a rebuild kit solved that problem. But the problem wasn't over, so I brought the bike over to the dealership. They installed a new slave cylinder and the clutch was working correctly...
The seal on my slave cylinder is leaking and needs to be replaced. My preference would be to rebuild it while there anyway but I cannot find for sure a rebuild kit.
On Amazon, I've found a ktm 9.5 magura rebuild kit but its indicating that it would not fit my 2011 FE570. My magura is a 9.5...

I've recently had to replace my hydraulic clutch pipe and was now in the process of filling the clutch system again with hydraulic fluid. As soon as I fill it up from the bottom, all the fluid in the master cylinder disappears and enters the engine. I had to open the oil drain plug...
Is anyone using a Rekluse slave on a manual clutch? I am thinking of replacing the Magura single o-ring slave I have for a double o-ring Rekluse slave. However, I'm wondering what complications the "adjustability" of the Rekluse slave adds to this issue, if any at all. I can't find any info...
OEM Magura clutch unit in my FE390. Master leaked. Replaced piston with OEM repair kit. Topped up with mineral oil. Bled. Still leaks.

Well... It keeps going better and better... After my timing chain (see my other post), I managed to break my clutch slave while getting it out of the engine case...

Well the other day I spent the afternoon installing the new core exp rekluse and the new slave cylinder from rekluse. The exp was simple to install, since I needed an oil change anyway I didn't have to tip the bike, it went in just like any other clutch I just read the directions and went along...
Anyone know what size o-ring I need to rebuild my clutch slave cylinder? The parts book only has it with the piston for $42. I'm sure all I need is a couple dollar o-ring.
