Well the bike ran and shifted good about 2-3 years ago. The bike had not been started since. Now the bike will not go into gear. I have had the cover off and checked, nothing seems to be wrong. I keep thinking if you get the bike running then it should shift. What would be the problem? 97 FE501...

Anyone installed the gear shifter from a new husaberg part number (80034031000) on a 2001 fx470e.I bought one from MotoXotica and I cannot get it to fit the splines on my 2001.

I bent my 03 shifter lever and since it is cast Al and has a crack at the bend, I don't want to unbend it. I believe the 04's are machined and better, will they fit a 03? Thanks David

OK guys, I am sure somebody on here other than me has big feet! I need a longer shifter than the stock one that is on my '99 FE400. What other shifters will fit so I don't have to spend $60 on a factory berg shifter thats one inch longer than stock? Jay
