Hi all. Just embarking on a build project and printed off the service and parts manuals. On the back sheets I've seen that the fork oil should be done every 20 hours. My bike is a 2002 and just used as a road toy. Is every 20hours really necessary? I haven't done them this time I've owned...

Hi Guys I have now done about 100 trouble free hrs on my '10 FS570 motor, no racing...love this bike! So far I have done all the servicing as per manual and at 90 hrs it says to replace the piston, camshaft bearings, etc. What is the experience here on the forum, is this really necessary...

Can anyone suggest the best way to clean and service the injector ? Cheers

I'm in the midst of servicing the heim bearings. I've yet to remove either the upper or lower bearing but... The upper collars cam out with a few taps. The upper bearing is clean and moves freely by hand. I had to kidnap a rabid gorilla and give him a sledge hammer in order to get the lower...
