    wont select nuetral

    My 2003 FE650 wont select nuetral when the motor is running & the bike is standing still. I can get nuetral if the bike is rolling or if the engine is off. The clutch doesn't have much travel before it engages, could it just be the clutch dragging a bit or is this a common problem?
