My 2000 FE501 wont start well. On a warm day it starts on the kick no problem, without choke, engine warm or cold, so I suspect it is rich. On a cold day it wont start kick or button. Choke or no choke. All jets are stock. I have been through the hard start guide over and over. It never starts...
