Ok so I have the short exhaust vent tube on the stock fuel cap, 2011 FE570S, and I took the check valve ball out of the cap, as recommended here and on other forums,,, When I put it back together I tightened the three screws back to hand tight and I couldnt get the fuel cap to close any longer...

well the question said it all. has anyone put in the later tensioner blade and at the same time ripped the button off the end of the tensioner itself? apparently this is what the later tensioners look like? sorry eric but i wanted to get on now as i intend to build it up in the next 14...
