refresh

Hi All, Wondering if you can help? Who are you all using for top end refresh on these motors? Do some head work etc? Where to buy replacement piston/rings, valves if you don't want stock? I am thinking about titanium valves also - any concerns? I am based in California but can ship head...

Here we go on a top end refresh. Got timing chain,valve seals, double springs, cam follower bearings. Have everything apart and am thinking about starter problems. Will spin but disengage. Works, but since I have everything off now what is problem? Sprague?torque limiter? Thanks for advice.
