Important Information regarding all rebuilds 2004-2008. Liner cracking
About a Month ago, with the help of an engineer I found out what was making the liners crack on husabergs circa 2004-2008. it is a sharp lip inside the top of the cases. (see the photo below). The Motor Cyle most susceptible to this appears to be the 2004 FE/FC/FS450e. I don't think...- Taffy

How many hours on your bergs before rebuilds?
evening gents, iv got an 04 fe450 enduro which has an all singing all dancing rebuild from the ground up 74 hours ago, question is I think my mains are failing, engines getting louder and rumbles terrible on the last ride out! Crank rebuilds
Does anyone know of a good shop in US to rebuild the crank? I will be removing the counter balance, but I think there will be spacer needed to replace the bearing and spacer of the counter balance, is this correct thing? Mars- mars
