pushrod

I have a 2000 fe400 and I think it needs the pushrod ball bearing put in based on what I've read here because the slave doesn't reach the push rod. I have one do I just put it in the pushrod hole and then stuf the pushrod behind it and ram it in or what? I'm afraid if do that it's gonna drop...

Hi, I recently bought a '99 600FE. I had a problem with the clutch as it wouldn't disengage. After inspection I found there was no adjustment washer fitted. Probably the previous owner forgot to fit one or lost it or something. Can anyone tell me what material the washer is made of...
