Done a top end freshen up on my berg at 550 hours, it really did not need it appart from the buggered counter shaft. It was running great, no oil burning, So done a few bits and pieces including a Prox piston. Have just pulled it down at 650 hours because it is burning oil, not heaps but 200 mls...

Looking for feed back on pro-x conrod kit. put one in my 05 450 only lasted 3000km hard facing came of pin it looks soft also notice that oil hole is 180 deg out compered to OME pin. Hav installed another pro-x kit will see how long this one lasts.

I was wondering if anybody has ever used a pro-x piston before and What did you think of them because I can get one at half the price of any other piston out there so it makes me a little sceptical about the quality. it would be for my 2005 fs650e that is now only for street use. Thanks Dave
