octane

I live in Colorado and have been using 91 octane with ethanol in my 2010 FE450 since day one. Also use Techron and Seafoam often. No fuel pump issues yet... Going forward, should I use: 87 octane with NO ethanol (from lake marina) OR 91 octane with up to 10% ethanol

I looked in the owner's manual and could find no mention of octane or what fuel to use. So - what is the official recommendation? A related question - if you have to run lower octane than recommended, will any of the mapping positions be better than others. I ask this in case I am ever in the...
