What's the word on NOST dampers? Are they any good?
I'm thinking about getting a second rear damper so I can have one for SM and one for the woods.

Men , has anybody tried the Nost compression adjusters or midvalves I'm interested how they would compare with fork tuning with the traditional shims etc..........colin
