nospark

I've got a Fe400e.Yesterday he died on competition in Wales.It's the spark :? :? I've check the connectors, they're fine.The spark is very very weak.I've check stator coil.That black plastic got some cracks on 3 pick-up poles.It's a SEM.Anyone knows what's wrong with it? Any ideas for checks...
