noisey

Hi guys, I have a 650 fs 2004 , on cold start up I run it with the choke on for around 20 seconds. When I take choke off then the engine makes a tapping sound and then the engine dies, I then repeat process but leave choke on for longer untill it is warm. Is this just because it isn't warmed up...

g'day new to this site and new to husaberg just went from a ttr600 yamaha to a fe650e , my god this bike is insane. just wanted to ask somebody if these engines are normally noisy at idle . seems to get louder once the bike has reached running temp seems to be mostly on the left hand...

I would like to know if anyone has found the reason why so many Husaberg engines make a awful wining noise. The reason i ask this is, because i have just fitted a electric start kit to my 550 fc and i have ended up with a mother of all wines. cookeye :wink:
