    tension in my neck after riding

    after a hard days riding i seem to have a lot of cramp/tension in my neck i ride with a light helmet'airoh', so is it possible that it's down to the set up of my bike i'm just wondering if anyone else suffers from the same complaint i dont seem to ache anywhere else and im not really suffering...
