mounting or swing

Hello Gents, looking for some insight into the mounting of my 600 engine. My swing arm pivot bolt is to large and there is some kind of brass fitting in the mounting hole. Is this fitting removable or interchangeable for another size ? Sorry can’t figure out how to upload my pics. Here is...
