hi, do i need a side stand for an mot test in the uk?

hi u all just bought my self an 501 >2003 berg.check out the site ;very good info on ere. but can any one answer me this ? or has anyone any experience on the mot. well ere goes the exhaust that is fitted is the origanal but has no B S markings how will it get past the test and wot...
