I am looking at buying a FE390. What are the service intervals like for the valves for a casual trail rider - are they easy to check? Is the bike easy to live with? Is there a manual on this site? Thanx in advance Fizz

My first post, so be gentle !! :oops: I am planning on buying a brand new 2004 550 SM I plan on doing the regular oil /filter changes but have also read that I will have to adjust the valves after so many hours use. How difficult is this to do ? Do I need special tools or to take it...
