magnets

Hallo! My magnets at the flywheel are comming loose... What can I do about it? Fix them with glue? I´ve searched on the topic but couldn´t find any answers! Anyone outthere with a clue? :D /Rikard

hi, i am having trouble getting a spark from my FE400 2003, the statro has come back tested as fine, the flywheel was couated in crud, well a very thin layer of crud on the magnets, i have cleaned this up and when doing so i have noticed of the 3 ignition magnets only the two smaller ones...

i have broken a piece of magnet off my flywheel(03 fe501). the piece has broken through the middle and is about 40mm long. can i glue it back in???? it is from the outer ring, is this for ignition or lighting???!!!!

The worst models for the magnets coming loose were the two stroke Huskys, the two strokes resonate at a higher frequency and the resonating vibration loosens the magnets but the problem is still there never the less on the four stroke but not as bad. And another reason for this could be the...
