    hi, looking for some mag wheels for my 2004 fe 450, can anyone shed some light on mag wheels from other bikes that would fit and what alterations are needed, i know people use aprilia wheels but not sure whats best, any help much appreciated, cheers:cool:

    how much metal on the mag plug

    I have just finished rebuilding my engine and have found small traces of metal on the mag plug after a 1 hour ride.     Mag conversion possibilities?

    Just a thought......................... With the continual PITA trouble with stators etc. ....now me too!....has anyone thought about using a separate proven magneto system say, belt driven from the crank? I'm going to experiment with this idea as running even an ancient Lucas mag has got...
