jetting or settings

Hi all, ive just fitted a rino exhaust 'silencer' to my 53 plate FS 650 and i have a keihin fcr carb. Im just wondering whether im going to need to change anything settings/jet wise ? I have just removed the carb for cleaning etc and just to check everything is ok internally so any major changes...
