Carb inlet to AF boot, part # 80006026100
Part # 80006026100 boot connects the carburetor inlet to the air filter flange.
KTM has discontinued the part.
It fits my 2007 FE550E.
Does anyone know of a boot that fits properly as a replacement?
Thanks.
hello !
on my 650 2002 the rubber has worn out , but my OEM husaberg supplier cant get me a new one because they are discontined ? what to do ?
regards daniel
the Husaberg site is saying that the inlet rubbers up to 2004 have all been stopped. so we need to find another rubber between us that fits.
I'm assured that someone had the perfect match out there a few years back when he went to a breakers and found one.
alas he forgot to find out what...
I have found a source for longer 35mm inlet valves. the 2004-2008 bikes don't need them but the old 400s (2001-2003)do! they have to pay £65 per valve ($110) for OEM but I have sourced some at £30 each about the same as the later 35s.

can any of you fine chaps tell me the I/D of your 650 downpipes please? they're marked as a different part number to the 501/550 pipes.
also the 650 may have a different sized inlet rubber stup. what is the height as it fixes onto the head?

A couple of weeks ago I noticed that my inlet valves were closing up after only 200km. Sure enough a leak down test showed 20% and an air leak could be heard through the carbie.
I pulled the head off and took it down to the guys at Powerhouse to get the seats machined and inlet valves...
