Keihin 41mm FCR Pilot 45 Starter 85 Air screw 1.5 turns out Good starting point? These 3 air screws were in box of carb spares, which one should I use? Where in the UK can I get parts for this carb? Many thanks

my bike wont star,t took off gas tank and back of breather on carb. shot some starting fluid. kicked.. it shot my carb off, and the breather hose on top of engine blew out smoke like shuold be coming from tail pipe. nothing from tail pipe whats wrong ??? also kicks pretty easy...
