hookup

After taking my fuel tank off to clean it out and replace the lines, I have realized that hooking it up is more complicated than I thought. The tank had been disconnected before I bought it. I think I have an idea of how it should be hooked up, but without any prior experience working on bikes...

When connecting directly to the coil, which wire do you connect to? Red? Green? Black? Thanks

just got the bike (05 fe550) delivered and deboxed it during lunch. i was scratching my head looking at the battery. it looks like i should slip the little teeny rectangular 'nuts' into the battery terminals, then screw the battery wires in from the top. naturally, the screws don't actually...
