hi or lo

My bike no longer has starter or any electrics until it’s kicked. I never use the lo feature so just trying to tidy up my bars. How do I remove the whole lot and leave it in high? I’m not electrically minded! Got Blue n yellow Orange Light blue Black All going into the button. Thanks...

my bike runs fine on hi mode, but when on low it splutters and backfires. also when its hot it is hard to start, dont know if this is all the same problem. any ideas? :?
