grabbing or snatching

I may have spoke about this before and someone said it was normal. I just wanted to confirm. Sometimes, hot or cold in low gear the clutch grabs or snatches the bike forward in a jerky way. not a smooth slip. a bit like watching a learner find the clutch bite lol. It doesn't do it all...
