While I am waiting to receive my parts for a head overhaul I was looking through the boxes and boxes of spare parts I had on this husa and found a fcr41. The carb seems to fit perfectly in the boot on the head, but it does not fit in the frame boot. The FCR is about 97mm with a 62mm inlet...

Hi all, Does anybody know if I can install a Husa part number 590.36.031.000 exhaust valve in a 2001 Husa FX650? KTm has them on the shelf locally, Husa OEM part number for my machine is 20000801 and they tell me not till end of summer delivery? thanks

Looking at another berg here for cheep it's a 2003 fx 650 with an auto clutch haven't seen much bad about these and the bike come with lights and is already plated but man what a mofo to start this goliath had to put a riding boot on to kick it correctly anything I should look out for noises exct?

whew! had to take a break from things mechanical and spend some time sitting down (my walker is getting worn out). to sum up some of the probs with the 650, most of it can be leveled at the carb. came with an aftermarket fcr that has its ap linkage external to the carb. never saw one like it...
