frustration

Hi all Back in July 2015 I had some work done to my newly acquired FE450E .. Starter motor repair kit was fitted as were new carb parts including tuning kit plus other work to the top end of the motor including cam chain, valves, dual valve springs and clutch parts and some other parts too...

Since the first day I have owned this new 06 FS it has had a click in the steering head area. Sounds and feels like a loose bearing setup but I can not get rid of it. If you push the bike into a 4inch high curb it will 'click' going up on initial impact and 'click' when it hits the ground...
