well had a very enjoyable day. Able to say that now i'm at homes. 10 mile forestry lap with long Mx'ish special. typical welsh forest of ruts,whoops climbs and a couple of really steep descents, pretty dry with only a few mud holes and even some snow and ice at the very top of the course...
