After studying my new 05 FE650e today, I noticed another problem...or maybe just lack of quality. The flimsy chainguard is not anywhere near centered over the chain. It literally rubs on the tire's right side knobbies. Since it's not metal, it cannot be tweaked to hold a different setting...
