Guy's, has anyone had there plug cap popping off while riding? Plug tight, new NGK cap with new rubber seals. Cap ratchets onto plug tight and pushes snug into head cavity but pops off. Stays on when rubber seal removed from bottom of cap! Doin my head in is it due to air expanding under cap...

Aside from the obvious body parts differences, are there other parts from a '94 FC600 that I can use on my 2000 FE600E? Engine parts, exhaust, carburetor etc.? Thanks guys.

I had this carb on the bike but it was to long in the front and smashed the boot for the air cleaner. So I put it in the lathe and cut about 8mm off the front and cut a groove in it to match the boot on the engine. It worked out great.
