Just getting ready to put this clutch in my bike. I've checked the instructions and am getting everything ready to go in. Does anyone have any tips for things not covered in the instructions? Rekluse says to not use the thin friction plate with the steel washer at the bottom of the clutch pack...
I have installed the new Rekluse Core EXP 2.0 with the slave cylinder, but how can I adjust the Rekluse with the slave cylinder when the case guard is hiding the hex hole on the slave cylinder. (Husaberg FE 450 2009)
In the manual they say that for Husaberg 390/450/570 FE/FX 09-12, Husqvarna...
Got a kit for my 2012 TE250 today. Installed everything per the directions and it's not working correctly.
I have one of the newer kits with the replacement slave cylinder that has an adjustment bolt on it. The problem is, the adjustment bolt never encounters any resistance until it bottoms...
Well the other day I spent the afternoon installing the new core exp rekluse and the new slave cylinder from rekluse. The exp was simple to install, since I needed an oil change anyway I didn't have to tip the bike, it went in just like any other clutch I just read the directions and went along...
Does anybody know how to bump start a FE390 with the Rekluse Core EXP? The Rekluse website says it's possible with "adjustments" but provides no instructions on how to do it. :?
apologies mods if this should be under mechanical but figured it's more general as it's how the rekluse exp auto clutch generally affects riding on a 2012 fe570. been a few posts about it but didn't seem to be a general overview thread...

Hi guys,
I'm having problems with my 20 hours old FE570. It has a Rekluse EXP 2.0 which was installed by the dealer in New Zealand. About an hour into my ride on Saturday the bike dissengaged out of gear, then I engaged it again and it dissengaged shortly after and refused to engage in any gear...
There has been plenty of discussion about the pros and cons of the Exp compared to the Z start but non about the two Exps.
Just thought I'd ask people's opinions on the two and see what peoples experiences were.

I found this today, searching around the Rekluse site for upgrade information. They changed the recommended stack position for the EXP. (in July, 2011)

Hi, can anyone tell me how the Recluse exp compares to the z start pro in terms of performance, clutch
feel etc? is it any better? I'm thinking of fitting One to my 390. Any thoughts appreciated.
Installed the EXP 2.0 today and went through the brake in procedure. Feels like I've come full circle, back
to the 1970 Honda Trail 90 I rode as a fifteen year old kid! Works great and I expect it will work better
when it wears in a little. Love it...
